Step 1: Pre-Requisites
  • Valid email ID and mobile number.
  • Scanned images of:
    • Photograph (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm, 20-50 KB)
    • Signature (140 x 60 pixels, 10-20 KB)
    • Left-Hand Thumb Impression (240 x 240 pixels, 20-50 KB)
    • Hand-Written Declaration (800 x 400 pixels, 50-100 KB)
  • Live photograph capture via webcam or mobile phone.
Step 2: Registration
  1. Visit: https://sbi.bank.in/web/careers/current-openings
  2. Click on CRPD/PO/2026-27/09.
  3. Click on “Apply Online”.
  4. Fill personal and contact details.
  5. On saving, a provisional registration number and password will be generated.
Step 3: Upload Documents
  • Upload Photograph, Signature, Left-Hand Thumb Impression, and Hand-Written Declaration as per specifications.
Step 4: Fee Payment
  • Pay ₹750/- (UR/OBC/EWS) or Nil (SC/ST/PwBD) via online payment gateway.
Step 5: Final Submission
  • Verify all details carefully.
  • No changes will be allowed after final submission.

SBI Probationary Officer Recruitment 2026Examination Centres

SBI will conduct examinations at various centres across India. A tentative list of centres for both Preliminary and Main Examinations is available in the notification. No request for change of centre shall be entertained.

Pre-Examination Training (PET)

SBI will arrange Pre-Examination Training (PET) in online mode for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates. Candidates who wish to avail PET should fill in the relevant column in the online application. Intimation regarding the schedule will be shared through registered email and SMS.
