- No Permanent Employment: Engagement is for a specified period based on funding agency requirements.
- Initial Tenure: Ex-Servicemen will be engaged for 2 years, extendable by 1 year at a time based on performance.
- No Pension/Increment/Gratuity: As per Govt. of India, MoD letter dated 30 Oct 2018, service rendered in Inf Bn (TA) Ecological by ESM is not admissible to pension, increment & gratuity.
- Rehabilitation Only: Service will be treated as rehabilitation and not at par with soldiers in the Regular Army / Territorial Army.
- Accident/Injury: The authorities will not be responsible for any accident/injury during the recruitment rally.
- Walk-in Option: Candidates who fail to do online registration can report directly to the rally venue on 03 August 2026 at 0600 hrs with requisite documents.
