• No Regular Employment: Apprentices shall not be entitled to claim regular employment in the Corporation by virtue of such apprenticeship.

• Contract Execution: Selected candidates shall be engaged as Apprentices and their Apprenticeship Contracts shall be executed through the NATS Portal.

• Reservation of Rights: NEHHDC reserves the right to modify, amend, cancel, or withdraw the apprenticeship engagement process at any stage without assigning any reason.
