- Oversee and manage the overall administrative and operational functioning of the Branch
- Coordinate with the Management Committee and stakeholders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle and resolve grievances of ICAI Members and Students
- Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Lead, supervise, and motivate Branch staff
- Ensure optimum utilization of Branch resources and budgets
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, reports, and presentations
- Monitor Branch performance and recommend measures for improvement
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by competent authority

ICAI Recruitment 2026 – Important Instructions
- Only online applications will be accepted. No postal/email applications.
- Application Fee: ₹250/- (Non-refundable).
- Age Reckoning: 30.06.2026.
- Experience: Only full-time, post-qualification experience considered. Articleship/Internship/Training not counted.
- NOC Required: Candidates employed in Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous bodies must produce NOC at the time of interview.
- Probation Period: One year (extendable for non-satisfactory performance).
- Posting: Selected candidates liable to be posted at any Branch at Institute’s discretion.
- Multiple Applications: Apply for branches of one region only with upto 3 preferred locations.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: CBT – 170, Interview – 30.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Interview.
