1. Security Deposit: ₹30,000/- in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” payable at Guwahati (if selected)
2. Forfeiture: If selected candidate resigns within 09 months, security deposit will be forfeited
3. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview
4. No Private Practice allowed during tenure
5. No Regularization: Recruitment is purely contractual
6. Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided
7. Canvassing in any form shall be disqualification
8. Termination Notice: 1 month prior notice by either side
