Investment Associate (Direct Investment)

Area	Responsibilities
Deal Origination & Research	Source investment opportunities through networking and research in Agri, Food, and rural space. Build and maintain a deal pipeline database. Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.
Financial Modelling & Deal Execution	Build detailed financial models, presentations, and notes for investment decision-making. Prepare and review transaction documents. Support deal execution and coordination for business, legal, and financial due diligence.
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting	Track portfolio company performance against agreed milestones. Analyze periodic MIS, financial statements, and operational updates. Support in preparing reports for investors and management.

Investment Assistant (Accounts)

Area	Responsibilities
Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting	Maintain books of accounts for the Funds and Investment Manager. Support fund accounting, NAV reporting, investor reporting, and accounts finalization. Coordinate with auditors, custodians, trustees, bankers, and other service providers.
Finance & Accounts	Manage day-to-day accounting, banking operations, receivables, payables, and cash flow monitoring. Assist in preparation of budgets, MIS, financial reports, and management information.
Statutory Compliance & Taxation	Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Maintain compliance with SEBI/AIF regulations and statutory requirements.
Other Responsibilities	Liaise with investors, auditors, trustees, banks, and other stakeholders. Support finance, compliance, and operational processes. Undertake any other responsibilities assigned from time to time.
