1. Tenure: Initial contract of ONE year, extendable up to maximum FOUR years based on factory requirement and performance .
2. No Regularization: Fixed term engagement will not confer any right to claim regular employee status .
3. Termination: One month’s notice by either party or payment in lieu. Immediate termination in case of serious misconduct or unauthorized absence .
4. Medical Facilities: Not entitled to Ordnance Factory hospitals (emergency may be allowed as per Govt. rules) .
5. PVR Form: Selected candidates must submit PVR (Attestation Form) in triplicate on joining. Duly verified PVR must be received within 3 months (extension up to 1 month). Failure leads to termination .
6. Police Verification: Appointment subject to police verification .
7. Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be subject to courts/tribunals situated in Jabalpur only .
