ESIC Guwahati Tutor Recruitment 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. The recruitment is purely on contractual basis and selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of service.
2. Private practice of any kind will not be allowed.
3. ESI Corporation may increase, decrease, or cancel filling up of any or all posts without assigning any reasons.
4. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
5. Canvassing in any form shall be disqualification.
6. Hostel accommodation/quarters will not be provided.
7. Contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued by either side giving one-month prior notice.
8. The decision of the Selection Board will be final on all aspects of selection.
9. Security Deposit: ₹30,000/- in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” payable at Guwahati (if selected).
10. Forfeiture of Security: If selected candidate resigns/terminates contract within 09 months of commencement, the security deposit will be forfeited.
11. No Private Practice is allowed during tenure of service in ESIC.
12. Candidates who will be able to join immediately will be preferred.
