NF Railway Homeopathic Consultant Recruitment 2026 – Important Instructions
- The engagement is under the Central Staff Benefit Committee, not by Railways. The engaged Homeopathic Consultant shall not be considered as a Railway Employee.
- The engagement is purely temporary and contractual for a period of One Year.
- The engagement does not confer any right to claim regularization/absorption in Railways.
- No Transport Allowance, DA, HRA, Railway Quarters, Passes/PTO, Medical facilities, etc. will be provided.
- The consultant shall not issue sick/fit certificates to Railway employees.
- Services will be terminated upon reaching the age of 70 years or after completion of the contract, whichever is earlier.
- Deductions will be made from the honorarium for absence from duty on a pro-rata basis.
- Canvassing in any form will lead to automatic disqualification.
- The qualified candidate has no right to challenge the decision of the SBF Committee in a court of law.
