Total Experience	15 Years after Graduation.
Area of Experience	• Minimum 10 years experience in quality control within Water / Sewerage sector out of 15 years. • Should have handled at least 5 similar projects as QA/QC Engineer. • Familiar with establishing Quality Assurance Programs in STPD/UGD/WSS project. • Experience of working on one or more projects with a cumulative capital value ₹500 crore related to Water Supply/Sewerage/Drainage.

Termination	RITES can terminate at any time without prior notice (generally one month’s notice).
Police Verification	Mandatory; negative report leads to immediate termination.
Tax Deduction	TDS shall be deducted at source. GST applicable as per rules.

• Experience Exclusions: The period of training / internship / teaching / academic / fellowship / PhD research experience shall not be counted as a part of experience.
• Age/Experience Reckoning: Age, experience, and all other eligibility criteria shall be reckoned as on the last date of submission of application (13th July 2026).
• Retired Government Servants: As per Rule 177 of GFR 2017, retired Government servants can be hired as consultants only through a competitive process for specific tasks and specific duration with clear output-related goals.
• No Permanent Employment: The appointment of Individual Consultant is of a temporary nature. RITES Limited can cancel the appointment at any time without providing any reason.
• No TA/DA: No TA/DA shall be admissible for joining the assignment or on its completion. No TA/DA shall be payable for attending the interview.
• Extension: Tenure may be extended by one year at a time subject to satisfactory Annual Performance Review. No extension will be given beyond the age of 65 years.
